BEC (originally Business Empire Consulting) is a digital marketing agency headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina.

History

BEC was initially started by Matthew Laster and Bryan Young while students at North Carolina State University. COO Brandon Blair joined them in November 2008 and they officially incorporated in North Carolina in January 2009. In September 2011, Bloomberg Businessweek named the founders of BEC as three of the Best Young Entrepreneurs in America under the age of 25.
