Grafton High School is a public high school built in 1981 and located in Grafton, North Dakota. The school is part of the Grafton Public Schools system. The official school colors are maroon and gold and the athletic teams are known as the "The Spoilers". The current principal is Darren Albrecht.

As of the 2009 - 10 school year, Grafton High School's demographics consisted of 75.1% White students, .4% African American, 2.5% American Indian, 1.4% Asian, and 20.5% Hispanic/Latino.
Athletics
Grafton has played host to a hockey coop with Park River since the 1985 - 86 season. Grafton is also the host school in football, boys and girls basketball, cross country, softball, and wrestling. Athletes from Drayton, Minto, Drayton, Cavalier, and Langdon have had the opportunity to participate in Spoiler activities.
