The 2011-12 season was the Fenerbahçe's 54th consecutive season in the Süper Lig and their 104th year in existence. They also competed in the UEFA Champions League starting in the Group Stage after being crowned champions in the 2010–11 domestic season.

Pre-Season

On 20 May 2011 started sales for combined cards. On 25 May 2011 Emmanuel Emenike joined the team 4 years from Kardemir Karabükspor. On 10 July 2011club president Aziz Yıldırım was remanded in custody over allegations of match-fixing.. On 15 July 2011 Fenerbahçe met with Twente for "Brussels Tournament" in Stade Leburton, Tubize and Fenerbahçe lose this match 3-4.
