The Grey-headed Quail-Dove (Geotrygon caniceps) is a species of bird in the Columbidae family. It is found in the islands of Cuba and Hispaniola. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical swamps, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, and plantations. It is threatened by habitat loss.
It is sometimes split into two species: Grey-fronted Quail-dove (G. caniceps) in Cuba and White-fronted Quail-dove (G. leucometopia) in Hispaniola.
