Batăr (Hungarian: Feketebátor) is a commune located in Bihor County, Romania. The village is situated in south-western county, near the border with Hungary. The settlement lies along the river Crişul Negru and consists of four villages: Arpăşel, Batăr, Talpoş and Tăut.
