Dragi Jelić (born in 1947 in Kraljevo, Serbia) is a guitarist. In 1970, together with his brother Zika Jelić, he formed one of the biggest groups in Yugoslavia, YU grupa.
He has also played as a guitarist in: Albatrosi, Alasi, Beduini and Džentlmeni ("Gentlemen"). During the sixties he and Zika achieved significant success in the Belgrade rock scene by leading a band with singer Branko Marušić Čutura. YU grupa was founded to play only the Jelićs' own material.
On their performance in the club Zemun Synagogue on 29 November 1970, the DJ Zoran Modli urged the audience to choose the band's name. The band accepted the proposal from a member of the audience called Miroslav Stanivuk and from then on the name Yu grupa was the group's name. Some of the band's most well-known songs include: "Black butterfly", "Kosovian peonies", "Nona", "lonely", "Sailor" and "Golden Apple"
