Haji Khan Larik
Born in ,a village in Naushahro Feroze, Sindh, Pakistan in 1895. Received Secondary Education at Naushahro Madrasa 1909. Stood first uptil 6th standard. Won "Principal's Medal". He joined the Sindh Madrasatul Islam, Karachi in the year 1913 and passed the Matriculation and school Final Examination in the 1914 through its portals.
Joined F. Y. Arts at the Bahauddin College, Junagadh in the year 1915. Passed the Intermediate Arts Examination in 1917 with Mathematics as his voluntary subject. In the Intermediate class, he won an essay prize open to a class of 80 students. He passed the Bachelor of Arts 2nd class in English Honours in the year 1919.
He was the President of the , at Junagadh. He was directly taken as Mukhtiarkar(Tehsildar) in which Capacity he served for 3 years. Joined the legal professions in 1923, pertaining Civil and Criminal practice in Mehar Taluka in the Larkana and Dadu Districts. He was one of the prominent Muslim Lawyers in the upper Sindh Districts. By doing Civil work, he has served the community well. He was offered the the title of 'Sir' by the British but he refused.
He was a nominated member on the District Local Board, Dadu during 1937 to 1938 where he did useful work. The Dadu Districts Local Board appreciating his work nominated him on the Sindh Madressah board. He was elected as the Vioce-Chairman of the Dadu District School Board as he took keen interest in Muslim Education. He was also a member of the All-India Muslim League and was one of the Freedom Fighters of the time.
