Endorsements
A research team at Leeds Metropolitan University conducted a controlled study to examine the effects of ingesting Aspire on resting energy expenditure (REE) during 180 minutes of rest.
The study showed that acute consumption of Aspire significantly increases the resting energy expenditure during the 180 minute test period. It found that Aspire boosts the average metabolic rate by producing a thermogenic reaction, which burns calories faster. Lead researcher Dr John O'Hara says ‘The finished case study data suggests that…over a three hour period Aspire expends an average of 209 calories.’
