AMM v HXW
AMM v HXW was a 2010 privacy case in which the broadcaster Jeremy Clarkson obtained an anonymised privacy injunction against his ex-wife preventing her from claiming that the couple had an affair after Mr Clarkson remarried - a claim Mr Clarkson denies. In 2011 Clarkson discontinued the injunction arguing that sites such as Twitter meant that injunctions did not work.
